Humble shot of Imperial Palace by thewordlesssignature Humble shot of Imperial Palace by thewordlesssignature
Taken during my trip to Japan with my sister

The title explains it. The Imperial Palace is just such a striking landmark amidst the busy city location. The gardens inside were very peaceful and rather comforting. A strange way to describe the feeling, but it was comforting. Not to be mistaken with comfortable. (Can you imagine describing the place where the Emperor and Empress live with the word, comfortable?!)

Anyway, this shot was taken in the beginning of our trip.

beautiful. The flowers in the foreground/water in the midground/palace in the background make a really lovely composition.

Wow, thank you so much! It was funny because I was kneeling in the dirt and at a very odd angle, and all the Japanese people who were crossing the street were like, O_o; "What a strange American tourist..." *laugh* But I'm glad that you liked it! =D

jaa,
sano
